Remember — the key to earning points is to present your Benefit Card every time you visit a Buzzworks Venue. The more you use your card, the more you will be rewarded!

How do I collect points?

Present your card at time of paying your bill.  Points are collected at a rate of 5 per £1 spent on all non alcoholic purchases. 

What do I do if I forget to present my Benefit card and want to earn credit for the transaction?

*Please note that receipts must be sent in within 28 days of being issued or they become invalid.

How do I redeem my points?

Points are automatically converted into credit on your card every time you reach 500 points.  You can then use your benefit card for payment of goods and services at any Buzzworks Venue just like a credit or debit card.

Where can I get reward points?

Reward points are given for all non alcohol transactions at all Buzzworks Holdings Venues.  Please see website for details.

Why do I not receive points for alcohol purchases
Due to the rules put in place by South Ayrshire Licencing Board, no reward can be given for purchasing alcohol in an on-trade premises.

What are the features of viewing my account online?
