Responsibilities include:
•    Meeting, Greeting & Serving Customers
•    Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service at all times
•    Taking Orders & Clearing Tables
•    Cash Handling
•    Attention to Detail & Cleanliness 

Team Leader/Assistant Manager

These positions will require you to be hands on, flexible, people focused and enthusiastic, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.  You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate your team in a fast paced environment. Some previous supervisory experience would be preferred.

Bar Manager/ Head Bartender

Are you are Bar Manager who is ‘The Personality’ behind your bar?

This position will require you to be hands on, flexible, people focused and enthusiastic, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.  You will also need to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all your products. Previous Bar Management experience is essential.

Head Chef

Leading and motivating a Kitchen Brigade to deliver the highest food quality in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include:
•    Leading from the front at all times
•    Planning and implementing innovative menus in line with targets
•    Conrtolling wages and stock efficiently
•    Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen to comply with Health, Safety  and Legal requirements.

Sous Chef & Chef de Partie

Be self motivated and able to motivate the Kitchen Brigade to deliver the highest quality of food, working with fresh produce in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include:
•    Deputising for the Head Chef
•    Food Preperation
•    Menu Creation
•    Food Hygiene
•    Supervising kitchen staff
